Terms and Conditions for Credits

Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of credits that govern with your purchases at the Tobstar Shop. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions. Your placement of an order at the Tobstar Shop constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order or use your credits.

How do I earn credits?

Tobstar offer credits to any of purchased customer from Tobstar Shop. This offer is for limited time of period, please note we will not remove any of credits available in your account.

To earn credits you must made any of order from Tobstar Shop and paid for the order, below is the ways you will able to earn credits:

• if your order(s) is not availability at the Distributors or manufacturer we offer refund or credit to your account include shipping.
• if your order(s) is not availability within 3 business days or not shipped out with in 3 business days, Tobstar will award you credits off to wholesale price of your ordered product that exclusions from shipping cost and PayPal's transaction fees (2.3%) and order/administration fee (5%).
  

Credits will not include if any of customer has contacted Tobstar and asked for product availability then make an order we will not award any credits for this particular product. But in this case Tobstar will deactivate this product until its available.

How does credits work?

• When you login and add cart, in your cart it will display amount that will mark off the price from your credit availabile.
• Credits will not mark off the shipping prices
• If you have discount in your account, you will not use both discount and credits, system will automate use your credits first until it become zero then discount will apply on your orders.

Other conditions and notes:

• Credits cannot be redeem to cash.
• All products and brands are vary percentage of margin from distributor's prices to retail's recommended prices.
• Tobstar reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of credits and awards at any time.
• Tobstar reserves the right to alter customer's credit in reduce or credit given or remove before you use in any of purchase if there's error made by Tobstar.
• Tobstar reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time.
• Where all credits promotion or information about credits on website is totally removed that mean it has ceased this program. This exclusive the credit details in your account, credits will continue display in your account for other purposes such as credits history and from purchased refund with credits.
