Shipping & Delivery

Depends on where products are available at which distributors, standard shipping time is 48 hours to be delivered to you once it went out. Remember that this is estimates for time in transit only, and that they do not apply until the product leaves Distributor’s facilities. As the delivery of your order is beyond Tobstar’s control once your order leaves Distributor’s facilities, Tobstar cannot assume liability for late deliveries and Tobstar shall not be liable to make good any damage or loss whether arising directly or indirectly out of delay in delivery. Shipping cost is vary depends of 3 different level of weight/volume this will display on your shopping cart. Price subjected to change at anytime. Orders over $660 qualify for free standard shipping.

For greatest efficiency stock is held in our supplier warehouses and dispatched directly to you. We do not offer collection from our business premises.

Order Processing

Once received your order and payment, we will order goods from the distributors depends of product available, you will be contact via email. Products available can be up to 2 days to 2 weeks depend of product popularity. Please email us at shop@tobstar.com.au and we will check product available for you and we do not guarantee that will be still available anytime if you delay your order.

Tobstar makes every effort to supply you with the products you order, but there may be occasions when Tobstar confirms orders but learns that it cannot supply the ordered products, either at all or in the quantities ordered. These occasions can include when Tobstar learns that the products no longer are being manufactured or they otherwise become unavailable to Tobstar. In those circumstances, Tobstar will contact you to inform you and, if you are interested, Tobstar may suggest alternative products that might meet your needs. If you do not wish to order alternative products, Tobstar will cancel your order for products Tobstar cannot supply and for any other products that you no longer wish to order as a result, and will refund your purchase price for those products.

Please keep in mind, Tobstar make every effort every weekly to monitor all products available from the distributors, some products may be deactivate until it become available or product totally removed from the website.

Return & Refund

Please note that Tobstar does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following reason:

Products is not faulty
Products does not delivered to you or lost
Damaged while under your care
You made an order mistake
If you are not satisfied with the product

Tobstar does not replace faulty products. Please contact Manufacturers or visit their website for more information.

Your Account

Shopping the Tobstar Shop is even faster and easier if you have an account. Your account consists of your username and password. With it, you can easily check the status of your orders, and more.

Forgot username and password
If you forgot your password and/or username, you can easily recover using the Forgot tool. For security reasons, Tobstar cannot reset your password for you. You will require to enter your same email address as when you sign up with us.

To protect yourself against unauthorized login, do not give out your password to anyone.

Manage your Account
It's easy to change your password, personal information and contact details, via edit your details. Any changes that you make will apply to future orders. To make changes to current orders prior your order's status changed to "Shipped" please contact us. You can view your order history, view or email your tax invoice to you.

You can also view your credits history via your account area, it will have shown amount and what issued for. If you earn any awards of credits it will state as "CREDIT", when you purchase any of order and your all your credits is used it will state as "DEDUCED", and if not all your credits is used with your purchased order it will mark as "REDUCED". There will be amount shown in all each CREDIT, DEDUCED and REDUCED. Please note this is not credits balance, your credits available will show in your main account page with red text.

Using Check Out
Need help placing your order on the Tobstar Shop? Follow these steps to purchase items you’ve put in your cart.

Review your cart
Once you’re ready to order, select the "Shopping Cart" link in the upper right of any page on the Tobstar Shop to review all of the items you’ve placed in your cart. From here you can increase or decrease the quantity you want to purchase or remove item. We’ll provide you with shipping charges and taxes. If you update your order, select the "Update Subtotal" button to see an updated order total for your cart.

If there are other items you want to purchase, select the categories in the "Continue Shopping" area in the upper of your cart to add additional items to your existing cart.

When you’re ready to buy the items in your cart, select the "Check out" button.

Sign in
If you already have an Tobstar Shop's login and password.

If you are a new user, create a new account. Once you have sign in, then you are ready to select the "Check out" button that will redirect you to PayPal page. Your name and mail address will automate send to the Paypal form.

Enter shipping information
In order to process your order, we’ll need you to enter your shipping address. We do not accept APO, FPO, PO Box, or international addresses. All your items will be shipped to the shipping address you designate.

Order Status
In your account, you can view your order status. It will shown as "Order Received", once we received your details and place a order from the Distributor, if your ordered product is not available immediately, your order status will changed to "Pending". Once your order is available and ship out, the status will changed to "Shipped" that order will move to your Order History in your account.
