No shipments can be made to addresses outside Australia. No refund to international orders. Tobstar will keep your orders if you do not resident in Australia, your orders can be arrange to ship anywhere in Australia only (extra fees may occurred).
Tobstar will send you a confirmation and tax invoice of your order via email only. A copy tax invoice can be access in your account manage area.
Tobstar allows you to make your purchases using any of the payment with Paypal. You do not require to have a Paypal account. You can just use your credit card or bank account (where available). Tobstar will send your personal information such as name and mailing address automate to Paypal form. Once proceed to pay via Paypal, they will email you confirmation of order along with our tax invoice and you will be automate return to our website with logged out.

Depends on where products are available at which distributors, standard shipping time is 48 hours to be delivered to you once it went out. Remember that this is estimates for time in transit only, and that they do not apply until the product leaves Distributor’s facilities. As the delivery of your order is beyond Tobstar’s control once your order leaves Distributor’s facilities, Tobstar cannot assume liability for late deliveries and Tobstar shall not be liable to make good any damage or loss whether arising directly or indirectly out of delay in delivery.
For greatest efficiency stock is held in our supplier warehouses and
dispatched directly to you. We do not offer collection from our business
premises.
Once received your order and payment, we will order goods from the distributors depends of product available, you will be contact via email. Products available can be up to 2 days to 2 weeks depend of product popularity. Please email us at shop@tobstar.com.au and we will check product available for you and we do not guarantee that will be still available anytime if you delay your order.
Tobstar makes every effort to supply you with the products you order, but there may be occasions when Tobstar confirms orders but learns that it cannot supply the ordered products, either at all or in the quantities ordered. These occasions can include when Tobstar learns that the products no longer are being manufactured or they otherwise become unavailable to Tobstar. In those circumstances, Tobstar will contact you to inform you and, if you are interested, Tobstar may suggest alternative products that might meet your needs. If you do not wish to order alternative products, Tobstar will cancel your order for products Tobstar cannot supply and for any other products that you no longer wish to order as a result, and will refund your purchase price for those products.
Please keep in mind, Tobstar make every effort every weekly to monitor
all products available from the distributors, some products may be
deactivate until it become available or product totally removed from
the website.
Products sold through the Tobstar Shop that do not bear the Tobstar Brand name are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturers in accordance with any terms and conditions packaged with the products. Tobstar Warranty does not apply to products that are not Tobstar branded. Please contact the manufacturer directly for technical support and customer service.
